This role will be the first point of contact for customers and prospects who call or visit the office.
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience.
Your job would be to identify the problem or need a customer has and solve it; in a friendly, caring, and prompt manner.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:
30am - 4:

Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Update agency management system with customer & policy information.
Provide information regarding policies to customers.
Get quote information and build rapport with referrals and prospects.
Process customer policy change requests.
Take payments and file claims with insurance companies.
Be a resource, a problem solver.
Requirements 10
years of office and business phone experience required.
Prior Property Casualty Insurance Experience preferred but not required.
Possess a love for helping others.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written Experience with word, excel and outlook and comfortable with computers and technology.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
